CSA transportation has been a great carrier for me. It seemed like I should be paying a service fee for the great customer service I was receiving. When I asked for a delivery confirmation, they responded in a very friendly manner confirming the on-time delivery, and let me know when I could see the POD. It was very pleasant and professional working with CSA.

I'm not a large customer of CSA Transportation's but every time I deal with your company, I feel like I'm a million dollar account. Your people in Dallas are very receptive to my needs and requirements. Most, if not all the shipments generated from the US that you handle are transferred to another carrier for furtherance eastbound.

My main contact in Ontario for CSA Transportation is Sara Cousins, Business Development Specialist. I cannot say enough about this employee! She is an "on the ball" type of individual that takes care of all my requests. She ensures that operations are kept up to speed with what has to happen to ensure efficient transfer to my eastbound carrier. I had a one-off shipment of high value from Toronto to San Francisco. The CSA team provided a quick, accurate online quote and then great phone guidance on all the steps. They then followed through at each stage of the delivery. Their partners with whom we dealt were all courteous and happy to be working with them. Overall, I'd say this is a company that I'd look to and trust for any continental trucking needs - including high value items. Hats off to the team!

Since 2007 I have been at this company. For all these years CSA has been by our side helping us with all our shipping solutions, from LTL to TL, with great service all over North America. Recently a program has been set up by CSA for an automated email to be sent to me when product is picked up from a supplier and again when it is delivered to us.
