CSA transportation has been a great carrier for me. It seemed like I should be paying a service fee for the great customer service I was receiving. When I asked for a delivery confirmation, they responded in a very friendly manner confirming the on-time delivery, and let me know when I could see the POD. It was very pleasant and professional working with CSA.

One thought is foremost in my mind when I think of CSA - attitude...an attitude of dedicated service to the customer that permeates all staff members. It is the can-do attitude to my requests that instills a value of trust that the job will be done to complete satisfaction and dependency.

Dear CSA, We want to thank you for your help this past month out of La Mirada, CA to WA. We appreciate your communication and organization and look forward to a continuing growing relationship. Thanks.

I conduct business with CSA Transportation because the rates offered are good and I can depend on this company to look after my shipments and inform me if there are any issues. My contact at CSA is prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.

We are a small business, using CSA for our shipping needs. We ship within Canada. Canada to the USA, and within the states. We have found that this is a straightforward, reasonably priced company. The team is friendly and easy to deal with.

I have 4 loads with your Vancouver branch over the next few days. I wanted to email the head office directly just to point out how impressed I have been with the patience and cooperation from one of your members in that branch. I have been a pretty big pain I admit. I have changed appointments, moved pick-ups, called several times a day, and your customer service representative has always been extremely friendly and amazingly helpful.

In my business, having a person like this to deal with is a pleasure. Thank you.

Just a brief note to let you know how much I appreciated your help in arranging the pickup of a shipment in New Jersey and having it delivered to Calgary, AB. Your services are invaluable to our operation.
