Their response time when I need assistance has been outstanding and I will continue to make them my first choice for any LTL shipments I need to cross the border. The ease of getting rates online and booking loads with them is also a big bonus. After being frustrated with other carriers in the past, CSA has been a refreshing change and I have confidence that my freight will be handled professionally when I give it to them!

I'm not a large customer of CSA Transportation's but every time I deal with your company, I feel like I'm a million dollar account. Your people in Dallas are very receptive to my needs and requirements. Most, if not all the shipments generated from the US that you handle are transferred to another carrier for furtherance eastbound.

She is an "on the ball" type of individual that takes care of all my requests.
