Duties
Duties include but are not limited to scheduling local pick ups and deliveries, tracing and tracking customer freight and notifying customers of any delays in shipping and dispatching points in addition to ensuring equipment is in compliance with regulations. Provide support in a fast paced, high call volume office environment and assist in completing operational and data entry tasks as necessary in a timely and accurate manner. Answers enquiries from customers and investigate complaints regarding services and policies. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Education/Experience
